Parse a `name@version` definition reference string into its parts.

Classify a decision string into its category (positive / negative / conditional / neutral) via the core register plus an optional custom vocabulary map.

Parameters

(root exports).buildVocabularyMap()

Build a decision-vocabulary map from a definition's declared decision vocabulary. Entries that would remap core-register strings (PASS, FAIL, COMPLETE, …) are ignored (CWE-345 guard).

(root exports).resolveDecisionCategory()

Resolve an execution result's decision category — prefers the engine-stamped `decisionCategory`, falls back to core-register classification. Added in 0.30.0; the canonical way to gate on custom-vocabulary verdicts (EXPOSED, BEWITCHED, …).
